Capitol Hill is one of Seattle’s earliest prestige neighborhoods. While Seattle has gone through many changes in the past 150 years, the one constant is the desirability of this location. In recent years, the demand for new residential opportunities on Capitol Hill has skyrocketed, with much of the expansion coming from new building created in the bustling commercial core. What has been harder to find is a quality new building on a classic and quiet residential street. That’s why we became so interested when we found the site for Denny 18. It is in the heart of East Capitol Hill, close to restaurants, bars, and even Trader Joe’s! But it is located in its own quiet pocket with established residential buildings all around it.
